Awaken: Sauna Ritual Ceremony
A ceremonial sauna ritual blending breathwork, aromatherapy and towel waving to awaken your system. Heat as a portal: step in one way, step out transformed.
What it is
A guided sauna experience designed to awaken your senses and bring you back to yourself. Led by an experienced sauna master, the ritual combines heat, steam, music and natural essential oils. Controlled waves of heat, moments of stillness, and your breath in the middle of it.
How the session runs
- The ritual itself is short and intense: 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna with the master.
- The session around it is 75 minutes. The ice baths, the infrared sauna and the lounge are yours before and after.
- Expect towel waving, aromatherapy and a room that gets properly hot. Step out whenever you need to.
Good to know
- Arrive 10 minutes early on your first visit so we can set you up.
- Bring swimwear and a towel for the sauna. Towels are available to buy or rent.
