At Pulse Marbella, sessions are guided when you want them and self-directed when you don't. Breathwork, cold exposure protocols, and a recovery space designed for what comes after.

Two saunas: Finnish at 90°C, infrared at 50°C. Five cold plunges ranging from 4°C to 12°C — you choose your edge. A chill space, sun, shade, and a bar to land softly after.

Yes — booking ahead ensures your spot in our saunas, ice baths, or guided sessions. Walk-ins are welcome depending on availability.

Bring a towel, swimsuit, and a water bottle. We provide everything else you need for a comfortable heat or cold experience.

Our five baths range from 4°C to 12°C, so you can choose the level that matches your experience and comfort. Perfect for progression.

Most guests enjoy 10–15 minutes per round. Listen to your body, take breaks, and move between heat and cold at your own pace.

Absolutely. Our team guides first-timers through both heat and cold practices, offering tips on breathing, relaxation, and pacing. Everyone starts somewhere.

We offer both self-guided and instructor-led experiences, including breathwork, stretching, aromatherapy, and sound rituals. Choose what suits your mood and goals.

You can book directly through our app (available on iOS and Android) or through the website. Just choose your session, pick a time, and confirm — it takes less than a minute. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but we recommend booking ahead to secure your spot.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours before your session through the app or your account page. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the session credit. If something comes up last minute, reach out to us at info@pulsesaunaiceclub.com and we'll do our best to help.

Bring a towel and swimwear — we provide everything else. Shower before entering the saunas and cold plunges. No phones in the sauna or ice bath areas. Respect the silence during guided sessions. Stay hydrated. Listen to your body — if you feel dizzy or unwell, step out and cool down. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
