Social Friday
The Friday session with the lights lower and the lounge open late. Sauna, ice, and the people who come back every week.
What it is
We like socialising, but in a healthy way. Healthy shots, contrast therapy, a few bonding games and a DJ set from our friends. Red light in the mix and the evening is complete. High on energy and healthy at the same time.
How the evening runs
- Friday evenings, 90 minutes. Dates and times are below.
- Finnish and infrared saunas, the ice baths, and the lounge open late.
- Healthy drinks and a chill-out area to use during the session and after.
- Come alone or bring a friend. Most people leave knowing a few more names than they arrived with.
Good to know
- New here? Arrive 10 minutes early so we can give you a quick intro and set you up.
- Already part of Pulse? Show up ready. We open the space on the hour.
- Bring swimwear and a towel for the sauna. Towels are available to buy or rent.
